"J-Jacket" is the first jacket belonging to our new collection called "Veil of Maya", inspired by one of the most famous theories of the German philosopher Schopenhauer and by traditional Japanese iconography.
The peculiarities of this jacket are many: the ivory white chiffon that covers the black material painting and allows us to glimpse it, exactly as the philosopher reports in his writings in which he describes his vision of reality in function of the search for truth. Our chiffon veil breaks, giving a perspective of the truth that, in this case, proves to be two-dimensional, simple, balanced and harmonious.
The Japanese character literally means "freedom", understood as the freedom to be, to express oneself and to free oneself from the veil we place between ourselves and the outside world.
